And what model chevy did you get those cup holders from? I need something to fill the empty face below my deck.
they are from fords, i know for a fact that early 90s taurus's (tauri?) have them. thats a good idea.

It is actually NOT a TII hood but a fiberglass scoop that I glassed in since I could not find a TII hood nearby. I plan to add a turbo or supercharger but am still looking at which would be better for me right now. The cup holder is from a ford and they were in many models like the sables, thunderbirds, taurus, etc. (I got mine from a sable wagon... YUK!) ,just look at the junkyard.

Thanks everyone for the compliments. I bought this car about 10 months ago with the intentions of making it a nice little project car and it has exceeded my expectations already. This is my third 7 and my second FC so I was ready when I found this one in fair shape for $1000. Bad top, power windows dead, ALL plastic stuff broken of course, and some other problems, but I love a challenge.

I'm about as jealous as I can be, My s5 vert had new paint when I bought it so I'm not doing that yet. although, I wish I could have that color on my 86 base (I have other problems such as getting the engine rebuilt and installed). I love the headlights, its always good to see truly custom job(done by yourself) look that good.

where did you get your top btw, mine has two rips in the sides?

Funny A.D.D. joke, I have it too.
I got the top from RX-7 world I think, it was about $250 or so if I remember.
Thanks for the compliment on the lights, it is soooo much harder to make stuff from scratch, many people don't realize how much harder it is to make it even look worth a crap.

NOTHING, it was all done through the old barter system. What I gave involved satellite TV, not a lot of cash. I prefer to trade off when I can, so far that has kept this total project including car to under $4000 so far.

Uh gross..... You can have whatever look you want just start playing with materials like fiberglass until you find what works for you.
