No Boost???

No leaks, vacum lines good, turbo is good.

So I checked the pressure sensor and its reading at 2.1 volts. Its suppose to be between 2.5 - 3.5 volts, so I was wondering if its not within the specified range would it give me no boost at all??? Im going to replace it soon but just wanted to see if anyone had simliar problems.

Do you have a boost gauge and actually KNOW you dont have any boost or is it just slow?

Thanks for the suggestions, Ill definitly look at these possibilties, just havent had time yet.

I do have aftermarket gauge and running with rtek 1.7, and I dont have a cat converter. I do notice now that if I get to higher rpms it does build some boost between 3-5 lbs.
