Newbie Q: How long should I be waiting for warm-up/down on my TII?

Put your car into 1st gear first before starting the car to disable the accelerated warmup. Normally if you start it in first gear you can shift it into neutral without holding in the clutch in first gear. I think holding the clutch in for long periods of time is bad for the throwout bearing.
