quick brake question?

im looking for a cheap brake upgrade i only want to spend around $700 i got the stock brakes on my 91 n/a coupe and they are worn out i also would like to know how to tell if i have the 2 or 4 piston calipers

new braided ss lines, 80-100
new rotors, 200ish for 4
new performance pads 100ish
rebuilding calipers, 25 bucks for 2

looking at 450-500 for that.

there are no 2 piston front calipers, you either have single or 4. you can tell by looking at the caliper, however i think that the 91s all being the same NA car have the 4 pistons. anyone know for sure?

where do you find the rotors at i found slotted rotors for $98 for 1

poor college student used to be able to source decently priced brembo's. you might pm him and see if he still is doing that.

get off the bloody internet!!!!

goto an auto store.

rotors will cost you like $30/pc for the standards, and $50/pc for the better.

and someone ping RETed about the anti-drilled/slotted theory webpage link ( i think it was reted, him or icemark or silverrotor... one of them guys)
