New to turbo 2

I am buying a Turbo 2 on sunday. I have had two NA's so I have developed a decent understanding of these cars. Basically what I am asking is, is there anything I should look for after I buy it? A tune up will be in order as well as getting the thing up in the air and looking underneath for any problems. Also, the goal is mid to low 13's. Any starting ideas to get me off on the right foot? It has racing beat catback now, but I also have a single N1 (for a t2). Which is better?

shouldn't you look at it before you buy it, things on a turbo car that I would check.
look for leaks of any kind oil coolant.
Take of the Turbo Intake Duct and check the shaft play on the turbo.
Take a look at the wiring harness right arround the turbo area to see how cracked or not cracked it is. I would also look at the condition of the intercooler hose couples and lines running from the intercooler. As well as the lines connecting to the turbo intake duct
other than the normal things you should check on a car before buying it those would be the turbo specific.
Good Luck.

thanks for the info. I did give it a look over for an problems that would deter my purchase and didn't really see anything. Thanks for the info.

Touch my wankel was referring to my second question, what kind of things would i need for mid to low 13's
