new rotory owner

First of i want to introduce myself since im new here. I just got a 1988 mazda rx7 gxl my first rotory so my question is what kind of oil should i use synthetic or the none synthetic the car has 87,000 miles on it.

i used synthetic. i dont really know if it makes a difference besides the amount of smoke at wot..........

I think syntetic is the way to go. Rotarys operate at really high tempatures therefore synthetic is great because it has a higher tempature rating compared to conventional. Synthetic also keeps the parts cleaner by having less build up

if your still running your omp system then dont use it. If you have that thing diable then go ahead and use it.. But check the fourm first
