FL new rebuild still smoking

ok im at my wits end maybe u guys can help...long story short ..i rebuilt my motor 3 yrs ago with new everything internally ..started and drove for like 50 miles and it smoked all 50 of them..i left the state and came back..i said this aint right so i popped it open when i came back .., it had a pinched water seal..so i bought the minimum which was the waterseal kit to put it back together i reused all the seals from 3 yrs ago which were new.. i checked the inserts for the oil seals and they had no cracks and were all like new so i used those..

the problem im having is this..at idle it doesnt smoke, now when i rev it blue smoke comes out only when its warm no smoke when its a cold rev...i figured it was the piston seal on the turbo which is stock on the turbine side and 60-1 on the front so i replaced the seal which they told me was a garret seal t3 and it seemed to help a little but not fully..i also tried a restrictor pill on the stock lines which are on the turbo and still no change..

i have no pvc valve i just have it venting 2 atmosphere so i left oil cap off and no change,,there is no portjob im running 550cc primary 680 secondaries and they were serviced with a front mount intercooler..its an open exhaust i am not losing coolant thats 4 sure it is oil that im losing i pulled the plugs and they werent dripping oil they looked normal..

the motor starts idles and runs fine but just smokes the motor has 12 miles on it but has a run time of prob 15hrs as i have started and let it idle..when i drive it around and come back it smokes but then calms down when sitting at idle..

let me know what u think

If you used stock oil seals...they are one time use only.

its safe to say the oil inserts are ok people are always so quick to blame them... ok so heres an update..so i left the turbo on the car and was able 2 cap off the oil inlet...started her up and let it warm up reved it up and little to no smoke when i let off the gas and let it idle little bit of smoke but not much could be seals setting in or tuning but for sure its like 95% better than when the turbo was connected so its safe to say that ill b looking for a turbo..i think either the cartridge is out of spec or its the wrong piston seal..ne one have a stock turbo?
