New rebuild Bridgeport
16's all around is going to choke your idle. And yes defiantly need dual pumps. Face it fuel setup is 1k no matter what way you look at it "without injectors"
Why the hell are you braking the motor in, then changing the flywheel?????
What manifold are you runing? Devided?

Without cutting into the rotor faces, you simply cannot open the intake early enough to get the level of overlap thats causes that annoying bridgeport sound, and anyone who says differently is either just lying to themselves or is completely inexperienced with bridgeports.
Sure, early open streetports worsen idle quality, but that actual idle hunt only happens with a BP... or a misadjusted TPS.
