ohhh k, pinning alone can cost as much as you're saying the whole motor installed is going to run you. new bearings from a 93? well.... good luck.

None of the GT40 dyno's I've seen came close to 500.
Are you going to run more than 30psi???

Well, you're going to run into a problem, that 1.06a/r on the GT40R is going to be too small for a full bridge. I'd expect it'd make ~500 somewhere around 25psi (if you had a larger A/R)

Oh, and you're going to need a HELL of a lot better fuel setup than that for 500hp.

Really? I'd think the injectors are fine, but the walbro isn't going to be sufficient.

I figure he'll need at LEAST 5500cc out of all of the injectors (rough guess at .60 bsfc), those injectors aren't going to cut it.

Considering the stock hotside is around what, a .96 or so, I'd expect you'd choke the poor thing rather soon.

Yeah, because that's so easy

It's a bit of plumbing nightmare. It's about twice as easy to just run one large turbo, and with modern turbochargers lag isn't much of an issue. Especially with a bridgeport.

yeah sure let me get it done first and I am going to make 500 hp. I dont care what turbo I have to use. The walbro is only to keep it running now. I just want to brake in the motor. Once it is broken in then the fun starts.

Once the car is broken in. I am going to run 1600cc all around . Get bigger fuel pump. With Joe's help Will decide on what turbo to use.

You're going to probably need dual fuel pumps. I'd suggest the Aeromotive A1000 units.
