new member with a few questions

Actually old member who has been away for a while. Dealing with a 1987 Turbo II. First question is it takes about 5 to 10 seconds of cranking to get the car started. Doesnt matter if hot or cold. 145000 miles on car. Could it be injector problem? Next is i cant find the blower motor resistor. Do the turbo model not have one or is it in the control switch?
