he ordered red because he wanted red, he should have got red
he shouldn’t have to sell and re-buy he should simply get

if your going to settle on the pipes they should be more then willing to send you the new couplers. If they don’t want to front the bill for you sending back the blue couplers then maybe you can work it out and get a free set.
Sell off the second set resulting in a slight discount due to their negligence.

we'll see.......and yes it's a big deal............If I ask for a specific item and I don't GET what I AM EXPECTING then Imma be pissed.........i dunno how many of you settle for what gets thrown at you but I am not the type that settles.

I got pretty pissed with my piping kit off ebay. I paid more for a kit with tbolt clamps and silicone reinforced couplers however the ******* kit took 2.5 months to get here because it was on "back order" then I look at the couplers and they are just the standard silicone couplers I didn't complain to them though being that it took 2.5 months just to get my order in lord knows how long it would have taken to get my other couplers.

i will not be happy with my engine bay if it's not how I plan on making it............sucks to hear about your Ebay experience. I DO recommend JustIntercoolers from ebay though...

the piping guy on the other hand sucks.

I told him that NO, I did not like them considering the fact that I did not order them and if he paid shipping I would send him the couplers.

lol, it's not about being an *******. Business is business, you should get what you've been TOLD you were going to get and nothing LESS. Being an ******* would have been giving him NEGATIVE feedback and trying to get him to pay for everything after the fact. I'm still waiting for his response, if we can work something out then his Negative feedback will turn into a NEUTRAL one. I take those things seriously.

Ok, we can do that. Please ship back the couplers to us and we can provide an exchange for the colored couplers.
We can reimbuse you for the shipping so you can just leave the receipt inside with the return package and we will process that for you.




i guess that's why I post here.........good way to get other Points of views......I'll THINK about whether or not to make him pay for my shipping.....it's not much, but it's the principle.
