mine dident fit tight tho.. i had to cut a section of the mid pipe off and weld it back together.


and i think its 3inch piping.

i'm amazed by the one your friend made... but i think i'd attract cops with flames going off like that. :P nice though.

I'm probably going to buy one of these along with an rb diy header kit.

I factored in the cost of buying piping, flanges and a good muffler and it would be about the same and more of a headache. I could just use all grade 8 stainless hardware and not worry about things rusting out over time. I'm liking vband clamps but i think i'll use them on other areas of the car. Glad to see more than just a handful of people are buying these so i know they're not just another peice of "obx trash". It appears to be the best looking and sounding exhaust in it's $220 price range.

That fireball is sweet. Such a pretty blue and white with a hint of orange.
