Talking new car tonight

I just bought an 87 SE for 300 bucks and its the best deal ive seen yet. Its grey with red interior that isnt fadded at all and came stock w/the aluminium circle rims. Its just like my 86 u know about from dom but the body is sweet.
the only thing it needs is a starter a clutch and a batt. so it will be going before your know it and ill let you know how she does on the dyno.

haha! that is funny... dude it feels fast because of the 7K RPM and how low you are to the ground. But really, you can barely walk a midsized sedan with a v6. (malibu, camry...)

Its a ton of fun, but im so sick of working on my car. Removed and replaced the engine twice, rebuilt once, four or five times ive dropped the tranny out... trouble shooting....

now i got her running right and today i smell gas, look under the car and its dripping it.

Im like, ok well this day is shot, i have to fix my car. I got as far as taking off the intake pipe that runs from the throttle body to the afm and was like, **** it. I put it back on and said if it burns it burns, im tired of working on this car.

The ONLY way to do it is to do it right! rebuild the entire drive train in one shot, and you wont get discouraged.

Dont reuse gaskets, replace all hoses, dont reuse parts that are out of tolerance.

Jeez Gear, You were jazzed two weeks ago after you put that Junkyard motor in your car and ran great!! I think your just having a bad Rex day. Let me know if you need some support.
