Although, I suspect that I am frequently perceived as rude/abrupt because I have little patience for those who don't prepare/research before asking the forum to do it for them.
Note that I am not saying that you are necessarily in this group, but you should consider that these cars are now 30+ years old and as the objects of enthusiast desire, pretty much everything that can be successfully done to them, has been.

for example s13 and s14 parts can be compatible and z33 and z32 parts

I'm confused as to whether this car actually moves and drives under it's own power right now.
If not, you need to be looking for stock parts, not what may be compatible.
Get her to the point you'd be comfortable undertaking a 1000 mile road trip without fear and THEN start thinking about upgrades.
At this point, anything I say- or Dak or Aaron Cake, for that matter- is basically useless if you lack the seat time to compare/contrast to/with.
If not, you need to be looking for stock parts, not what may be compatible.
Get her to the point you'd be comfortable undertaking a 1000 mile road trip without fear and THEN start thinking about upgrades.
At this point, anything I say- or Dak or Aaron Cake, for that matter- is basically useless if you lack the seat time to compare/contrast to/with.

Also, "just needs apex seals" is impossible to determine without disassembling the engine. Unless he ran it through a CAT scan, it's just a made up reason to get you to buy the car.
