Need some input on 87 Tii upgrades...
I have an 87 tII that I've had for sometime. I've got an fcon system, walsboro 255, and intake. What would you recommend, none of the above is installed cause I haven't gotten around to it because I wanna get bigger seconaries, and fuel exhaust and fcd. what should I know before doing these things. I'm just curious as to the power this could make, whats a safe psi to run, (only 20000 on a reman. motor), what size injectors to upgrade to? Anything regarding these types of questions. I'm been researching for sometime and I just wanted some direct input from those possibly running a simular setup.
any info would be apreciated....
thanks

No, not yet.
Stupid secret project is taking up a lot of time, and on top of all the stupid rain we've been getting!
I've managed to add one more pic, but I want to add at least 3 or 4 more pics before I can call it done...

Im almost done putting a 80mm downpipe and Rtek 1.5 in my 87. Waiting on a stupid banjo bolt that I ordered 2 weeks ago. I had a bad exhaust leak so I pulled the turbo off (ported the waste gate) and busted the banjo that connects the vac line to the actuator valve on the manifold. I went with a FD fuel pump because my walbro on my 89 ruined the gas mileage.

Well I got the 87 on the road today. Wow ! That Rtek 1.5 is cool, its a fcd plus it eliminates the high rpm start. The down pipe makes the turbo spool alot faster and harder too. It also retards the timing under boost and brings the secondaries sooner.
I put a fcd, a full RB 3 inch exhaust, and a Apexi intake on my 89 and it blew the motor. The lesson I have learned is to do the upgrades in stages because if your motor flows too well the boost goes too high.
So this is my recomendation:
$30 - FD fuel pump
$120 - Rtek 1.5
$8 - Drill saw bit to port the waste gate
$8 - Sheet of exhaust gasket material, (if you can cut your own) to put it back together.
$50 - Boost gauge
____
$216
Now your ready to start making safe power:
Intake, Downpipe/Exhaust

Yah no kidding. My parents were just over on Kauai and Maui for the past 3 weeks, that hurricane/tropical storm that was out in the ocean raped the islands with rain. Sucks for my parents who had to load my dads golf clubs into a convertible during the downpour with the top down They said that was a fun experience.
