Need recommendations for a Front Bra Cover
I have been searching around for a good full front bra for my s5 convertible. I want a bra that will cover the whole front bumper as well as covering up the fender. Most people on the site have recommended the OEM one on some threads but I cannot find one, so what aftermarket ones are for the full front of the nose and fenders at a decent price?
A friend of a friend of a friend had his car painted and to protect the paint he put a bra on it. First time he took the bra off it peeled the paint with it....or so I'm told.

If you're putting a Bra on a Car you should get out more often and take a break from cars
Take it from me,headlights do not have nipples.

Those were very popular accessories for British cars, I had a set (with red reflector centers instead of spikes) on my Healey.
Surprisingly, if one accepts canon, these were not just pure dressup items, they served a purpose.
Apparently, the way Lucas cast the glass left a "soft spot" in the center of the lens and a direct hit with a rock would shatter it.
These "bras" were an attempt (probably not very successful) to mitigate the problem.
Back in the day, a Lucas lamp with such an accessory was as highly prized as say, factory mudflaps on the FC. Not everyone liked them but rarity counted for more than practicality/aesthetics.
It's a funny world.

You know, as bad and pervasive as Lucas's rep is, I owned over 20 British sportscars and never really had a problem with the electrical systems.
I was first introduced to dielectric grease at that point, which probably helped a lot.
One also had to adapt to the vagaries of the system.
For instance, after washing the car you had to remove the tail light/turnsignal lenses so the water could drain out.
I never did figure out how a seal that would allow the housing to fill with water could then turn around and retain it so ferociously.

Waaay back in the day when the FC first came out, there was a third party accessory that was a clear plexiglass bra. Unique for it's time yes but I have no idea how many were ever made or sold. Somebody with the old magazines(Rotary Rocket?) might be able to shed some light.

the Rx8 actually has a similar tail light gasket, in fact the trunk drain is so badly designed, that filling the taillight with water is actually the drain working better than how they envisioned it.
best fix is a goldfish, imo
