Stock flywheels?  No.
Aftermarket flywheels that require (auto trans) counterweights?  Yes.
The stock flywheels have the counterweights integrated with it.  So differing weight rotors (1986-1988 Zenki versus 1989-1991 Kouki) NEED different stock flywheels.  Aftermarket flywheels have no integrated counterweight - they use the appropriate year (Zenki or Kouki) auto trans counterweight to give it the right balance.

Just to complete this thought.....
The Aluminum or Lighten Steel aftermarket flywheels are different between NA's and T2's.
AND, the counterweight in both cases comes from Automatic versions of your car. So, you could save a few bucks by going to a wrecking yard and pull from a same Series Auto Rex.
A T2 counterweight will do far more damage to your wallet. No T2 Auto Rex's were imported to the US. But, might get lucky from a Jspec engine dealer.

Yer welcome
Actually, check e-bay too. I got one for $15 and another $15 for shipping (heavy buggers). I love my friends at Mazdatrix and Racing Beat. But $30 vs. $145, my wallet talks louder with that difference.
