Has the motor been replaced? The stock seal will hold alot of boost, more than you'll probably ever see, but it doesent matter if you dont have fuel and a cooler intake charge.

My opinion is a max of 10psi on the stock IC and injectors.

Yeah, I am running 10PSI on stock injectors. Things are starting to get lean.

Do you have any kind of fuel management J-Rat?

Im just wondering if the stock computer is whats leaning it out, or if the injectors are maxing out? I didnt see a S-AFC in you sig or anything like it.

No fuel management, just a boost controller, Walbro, and a burning desire to buy a new motor soon....

Leaning the mix is probably the FCD, which I never adjusted, and the fact that I creep to 11, sometimes 12 PSI. Gonna be pulling that motor any day now.

many of the aussie guys are running 14PSI with hi-flowed turbo's using the stock I/c and injectors.. but this is with a stand alone ECU.
this is really borderline though. I'm going to get some bigger secondary injectors.. either 12aT ones 850cc or some aftermarket 1000cc ones for my setup.

With a std ECU and stock everything I wouldn't even consider boosting it much at all.. heaps of people do, but I cant afford a rebuild
