I'm reassembling my car, and I can't figure out how the driver's side engine harness (the one that goes between the starter and battery) mounts around the steering column. I know there is a hanger that attaches to the top of the frame rail, and there's another one further down the harness. Can someone take a picture of how that attaches? In my disassembly photos the lower one has already been disconnected from the frame and I can't figure out where it could mount on the frame. Maybe its actually on the engine?

 

Here is the part I'm talking about - where does that bolt on to?

 

Pretty sure that's where the power harness bolts to the starter bolt via a 90 deg. bracket.
