Odd. Turn the key to On and the Main Relay pulls in and feeds batt voltage to the ECU and the Circuit Opening Relay. HOLD the key to Start, and the Circuit Opening Relay pulls in and feeds batt voltage to the fuel pump.

Soooooo, maybe a plug is disconnected??????/ Maybe one of the plugs on the harness that goes to the ECU's two smaller plugs. Not those two plugs but one of the other two plugs on that harness that are located above and to the right of the passengers feet???????

So? What year car did the turbo engine go into and what harness did you use to go b/t the ECU and the fuel injectors, afm, boost sensor etc???? The original harness that came with the car or???? a JDM harness /?????? or turboii EM harness??? or?????
