Need help starting rebuild

I have had a lot of trouble with this thing...Its starting to make me really mad. I cant get my rebuild to start. I have tried putting oil in the housings, staring fluid, atf....and so on with very little results. It will hit and try to run but always floods out. I have my fuel pump it straight wired to a 12v power source. Plugs are fairly new and fire every time. I have set timing according to my book. I just dont understand why it wont run. If i crank it for very long at all it will start dripping raw fuel from the acuator on the wastegate of the turbo. I have an 87 TII with all emmissions removed, a large street port, Racing Beat full system, K&N cone with custom cold air piping, and a FCD. engine was built be Kevin Landers so i know that its quality work. I really need this car to run.

Did YOU have this much trouble starting your rebuild?

if its a pretty aggressive streetport, you may need to advance the timing a bit to get her started.

Once your plugs foul, you need to take them out, clean and dry them. You may need to do this often, until it gets up and running. And why would you rebuild and not service the injectors at the same time? The more mods done to the car, the more critical the fueling.

As soon as the car is up and running, I am buying 750's and an Rtek7. this should take car of the fuel for now.
