Need help solving this issue!

Alright guys, I need your help! I just got done installing my new shocks today on my rx7 and I took it down my street for a little test drive. Well needless right when one thing is fixed another broke. So I now need to figure this out. Please watch ALL of the video and tell me what you think.

I am considering a large factor of things.
Fuel system - simply bad fuel(it has been sitting on ethanol fuel for about 2 months), fuel pump not sending enough fuel, fuel injector(s) not working, fuel filter?
Ignition system - Not igniting fuel enough/correctly.
And last what I am considering it is to better prepare myself - Blown apex seal or bad compression.
Please give me your input. Note that at the end of the video is where you can clearly see the issue. It just cuts off when I give gas and has a very low idle where it almost/does kill itself. There's alot of hesitation when I give gas. Like it's receiving some then none.

Some will say that when the engine sounds just like a motorcycle that one of the rotors is kaput.

Well that can obviously change the diagnosis. So, it was running fine before the strut replacement?

Yeah. I mean it needs a tune but I've never had a major issue like this one.

Make sure the TPS is set to 1 volt w/key to on and the engine as hot as it can possibly get. Check the reading of the Water Thermosensor as well. Is this an S4 or S5?

Pin 2I of the ECU is for the Thermosensor. It should read 2 to 3 volts w/key to on and the engine cold and the voltage should progressively drop to about .5 volts when fully warmed.

Your leading coil could also be cutting out at times so check the leading plugs for wetness and so on.

And check the voltage output of the alternator for too low a voltage and the car can run fairly rough.

It has a large Black cable bolted to the edge of the alternator and this is the output voltage.
