Need help removing rear struts

Need help removing rear struts

can anyone point me in the direction of s write up of how to remove rear struts, im having a little difficulty removing them. i already remove the both of the nuts up top and the bolt at the bottom. do i need to undo anything else or do i just need a hammer now. thanks in advance

No,

If you've removed the two top 14MM nuts, and the lower 17MM nut and slid the lower part off the pivot, it should come right off. It may have a bit of corrosion on it holding it to the body. If so, push/pull back and forth a couple times and it should break that corrosion and drop right down.

blood sacrifice is true. I'm a panel beater I would know, you should see my hands. last time I pulled my rear struts out, one was stuck so bad I had to use a cresent and a jack toturn mounting point at the hub. once almost all the way out I hit it,hurt my hand,and it came loose.blood and anger.

I did my first set of struts and the bushing stayed on the pin.
I broke down and bought my First Dremel tool and it saved alot of time and confusion to try and get that Bushing off...ZIP and done.
Now,I said my FIRST Dremel..I am on my 6th!They keep wearing out on me..haha!
