If you jumper the yellow two socket fuel pump check connector, and turn the key to ON, does the fuel pump run?

I would take a look at the coils and ignitors.

Remove the CAS from the engine, power on the car and then spin it by hand. Do you get spark?

I will try this, you are saying to remove the CAS AND LEAVE IT OUT? then spin the engine over looking for spark?

I am glad that you were able to fix your problem that did not solve mine I know the parts installed are working. Right now I am chasing down all the grounds and cross checking them I get power to the coils and I get signal to the coils but i am wondering if I have a bad ground somewhere that is not always visable.

No. He is saying, remove the CAS from the engine. But leave the electrical connector on the CAS. Then, with the key to ON, spin the CAS bottom gear. This SHOULD result in the injectors clicking and also the sparkplugs sparking.

Usually you can go to the LEAD coil assy and pull ONE of the two sparkplug wires out of its bore. Leave it resting a quater inch or less from the bore. Spin the CAS. Spark should result b/t THAT wire and the coils bore.
