coolant level sensor location?

coolant level sensor location?

where is the coolant level sensor located at on a 87 TII? The reason is the add coolant light comes on every once and a while and i would like to replace it.
a link to the online manual would be appreciated!

Chances are the sensor is fine, but you have a small air pocket in your system.

I had the same problem with my vert wen i first got it. I had a leak in the cooling system, and it wouldn't suck the coolent back in when it cooled. Very intermited(sp?) in my case it was the sensor itself that leaked, I bought a new one and no more leak/beeping sensor.

Since this is a S4, you need to make sure and bleed the system properly, so do that first(as per the fsm above) then check for leaks if it continues.
