need help with my horn

How can I disconnect my horn? I am having a weird problem than everytime I turn the wheel it goes off. Any help would be great for a quick fix. Thanks.

take off the two connectors at the horns
Then take off the horncap and start looking for the problem, instead of sitting infront of your computer J/K

Huh? I was asking where the actual horn was, so I could disconnect it. I don't even want it because it never works when I want it to.

They're in the front bumper area, where the coolant expansion tank and the relays are (but hidden below those plastic air deflectors). You'll have to remove the expansion tank, then remove the plastic air deflectors. They are mounted on what looks like a horizontal metal pipe going from one headlight well to another.

If you look up the wiring diagrams in the FSM, there are pictures of them.

The horn is going off when you turn the steering wheel??

You may want to at least wire it up semi-perminent.. you probably will need it, at least you do in PA for state inspection...

Lots of states require that your horn work to pass safety inspection.

Ya it was going off when I turned the steering wheel. No clue why. It actually hardly ever works. It stopped on its own so I guess I might just leave it alone unless it happens again.

Oh and there is no inspection of any kind here
