I was wondering does the Mazdaspeed rear strut bar just come it a bar and the gold thingys at the end? or is it supose to have black mounts connected to tha gold thingy?

eeerrr....scroll down and look at tha Mazdaspeed rear bar.....it has a black mount like thing connected....wat happens if i get the bar but does not come wit tha black mounts and onli up to the gold metal piece?

You need the black mounts on the inside of the strut tower to attach to the top of the strut mount. That is what gives you the solid anchor.

If the bar does not come with the black mounts, then its functiounally useless. You can still bolt it on for looks...but it wont stiffen anything, as it will be attached to the thin metal on the shock tower.

Did you buy it used or something?
The mounts are two-piece, and if you don't have both pieces, it's basically useless.

thanks guys....well, i missed the end time for the bid LOL...and didnt get tha bar, but i guess its ok szince you guys said its not good without tha mounts anyways
