What kind of E-Fan????????? is it shrouded, unshrouded, what's the CFM, how is it controlled??

Does it run all the time or does it have a thermostat... If it runs all the time and still overheats at idle,,, you need more CFM..

Sounds to me like your fan isn't pulling enough CFM's..

if the fan isn't sealed tight against the radiator, and air can leak in the sides istead of foinf through the radiator, it will lose major amounts of efficiency.

Also, I have a black Majic 150 E-Fan.. and i think it's going to go in favor of a 3rd gen type dual fan, doesn't cover enough of the radiator core.

PS?

Does your exhaust smell a bit sweet???

Don't put dual fans on an FC radiator. Because of its shape, one big fan covers more surface area than two small ones, and moves more air too.
