go to the control panel and go to edit options.. go to the bottom of the screen and youll see avatars. but with you trying to insert an avatar i think you have to have at least 150 posts to be able to use your own

you need 100 posts and you need to minimize the size.......I don't know the exact size, it should say in the control panel....welcome to the club .
