Well its been over two years since I've posted here or fooled with the car. Last post Like most of its life since I bought it new, it's been sitting. I did get a wiring diagram but just buttoned it up until I decided to attack the problem - but I'm not sure if I'll screw it up.

The damage:



Lt front wiring harness
I'll start at 8:30 position. Three wires I'm pretty sure are the headlight wires. Connector is gone

10:00 Headlight retractor connection, even have both sides!

11:00 Turn Signal. Both connectors but two wire broken. I assume all black wires, dotted white or not are ground wires, but some gauge differences

12:00 is the end of the harness terminating (white spec on top of page) in the leading coil. wires frayed but repairable. There is what looks like a test connection coming out of coil, but I not sure - there could be another wire going into it?

Coming down from noon are a few green test connectors. One white access connection that I found in the headlight compartment. Identified. I think There should be a few more test connector (think blue, but con't find them Squirrels must of liked blue and took them home. Below the green connector are just wires that were split from the harness

3:00 Windshield washer motor connector . The only connector with all wires going into harness. But there is no connector or wires or anything. Not sure where the pump is or how it is routed to the right side

4:00 flood lights connector, found in hole in compartment.

Missing side marker light connector, just black wires coming out of the light. Think I've identified the wires coming out of the harness.

Wiring diagram references parking lights, I don't have parking lights. Not used to reading wiring diagrams, especially when the mix version (airbags or not , turbo or not). When the critters did this the horn was going off so I assume the anti-theft circuit was triggered or if there is some connector in that part of the harness

Maybe I should just put it up for sale? It looked pretty good 8 years ago when I brought it back to life after 12 years!

I'm not sure I can piece this back together with solder and joining wires, but I though I'd ask if anyone has attempted this?

They did get one of the coil wires I did order new wires
