What are you doing that requires re-wiring? If you're adapting the S5 NA harness to work with S5 TII electronics, you're doing too much. Are you trying to install an S5 TII cluster? Don't bother if that's the case. At any rate, the FSM wiring diagrams have all wire colors.

No I have a s4 turbo block and s5 na harness. My problem is my few wires cut and I can't figure it out which wires goes for which sensors.

and THIS is what happens when you Do not research your Swaps..
you can't Really Put a S4 TII into an S5 unless you want to rewire the **** out of it.
You CAN if you change the S4 Components,to S5(front cover has the Electric Omp)..Or run a Stand-Alone.
You can however put an s5 TII into and S5 N/A car, without Swapping the engine harness. The same goes for S4TIII into an S4 N/A.

ok i thing i wasnt clear before
my car is S5 TII my engine block is s4 turbo
All the sensors, injectors, turbo, manifolds swaps from the old s5 TII
i am not doing na to turbo swap i already have a turbo car
I just rebuild the block but didnt wanna reuse the same harness which was a garbage so closes harness i had was S5 Convertable harness which i been told should be the same..
My problem new harness is cut too so i need to rewire
Knock sensor
Oil pressure sensor
And oil temp sensor
my second problem is i can FIND the wiring diagram that shows which wires goes for which sensors

I would really like an S5 TII harness but been looking almost a year and still cant find it

There you go. I found one for you. You're going to need to do a lot more wiring in order to get your current harness to work, they are not the same.

The FSM has all the diagrams you need to not only fix the cuts but build a brand new harness, BUT
1) as others have said ANY NA harness will not work with ANY turbo engine with out a lot of changes.
2) A NA or turbo S4 block is not a drop in replacement for ANY S5 NA or turbo with out some changes.
so... An engine from car type (A) with a harness from car type (B) in car type (C) will not work with out a LOT of changes.

all we need to do is burn ourselves with a hot soldering iron, and screech like a little girl, and a wild hailers will appear. you must milk the hailers, for his milk is delicious and full of proteins that give you instant knowledge over any of your en devours.

um i have an s4 chassy and i had an s4 n/a engine that i did a complete turbo swap to. i used my non turbo engine harness and all i had to do was extend the TPS wires. my rx7 is an early 87 rx7.

i had absolutely no issue with using my harness for each engine and i didnt have to do masive work on the harness, only had to extend the 3 TPS wires which you can do with spades that connect to tps clip.

let me burst your bubble though and say working with these harnesses is a bitch because the wires are so old. so tarnished that solder doesnt work well AT ALL. high quality connectors have always worked for me.

i dont recomend using S5 sensors with s4 harness. thats just silly.. really.. the ecu hook up isnt even right.. doesnt make any sense to do what your about to do.

The S5 has a lot more electrical components than the S4 does though. A lot of the boost solenoids, etc are not included in the N/A harness (you probably figured that out =P)

Get a NOT-CUT S5 NA harness and convert it then. You're just wasting time trying to use mangled wiring. Follow the link in my sig and go to the end of the thread. Changing an S5 NA harness to work with an S5 TII engine is easy.
