KY Need ECU pinout on 88 Vert with N338 ECU

Hey all. I'm trying to bring an 88 Vert back to life but someone somewhere along the way hacked the 24 pin connector off of the left side of the ECU. I'd like to get the pinout information from someone with a running vert and the N338 ECU so I can repin a connector from another parts car to match the wiring on the N338 ECU to see if this car will even fire up. If any one can provide a picture of their connector or a diagram of their pinouts and wire colors that would be perfect. Everything I've been able to find online does not match the wires that my connector has so it must be specific to the vert/N338.

Thanks!

I see you are in KY. I noticed a part-out for a Vert on craigslist for Cincinnati the other day. Maybe you can try to look there. I'm in the northern most part of KY, not sure how far away the ECU was. Sometimes you get Dayton OH ads in the Cincy craigslist. Depending on how far into KY you are, this may or may not be helpful but you can try.

I am also in NKY. I didn't see the vert part out on Craigslist, but I did list mine for sale today. Depending on what happens first I may just off load it to someone with more interest/experience with these cars. I've always wanted one, but now that I have this one it seems like it may be far more headache than it's worth.

Edit: Just checked Cincy CL and don't see a vert part out on there.

It does seem like they took the ad down. I sent you a text message regarding the vehicle. I may be interested in some parts if you're willing to part it out on your own.

I'm still looking for the correct pinout for the connector, but may just sell the car if a buyer comes along that can use it. I'd still like to get it running though and drive it next spring/summer if anyone can provide the correct pinout info.

Not meaning to preach, but did you look in the FSM? It's in the wiring diagrams for Emission Control

That doesn't seem preachy at all to me. Seems like a very valid question actually. In the FSM I downloaded it only shows the pinout for a Turbo II which does not have the same wire colors or use all 24 pins on the connector. Mine uses all 24 wires so the pinout in the FSM didn't help at all.

The FSM I found online actually seems very spotty at best on most things. It jumps around a lot and doesn't cover all models. I could buy the wiring manual from Atkins Rotary but for that amount of money i can get the whole harness if i can find it.

Http://foxed.ca has the manual in its complete form. Spells everything out, including coupe/vert/NA/TII differences in simple english

Awesome. I will check that out. Thank you!

Edit: Just downloaded the 88 Wiring Diagram and FSM from foxed.ca and they both still only show the 24 pin connector on the emission harness for a Turbo II.

I'll check it again but I only see the turbo diagram when I look for the 24 pin connector.

Page 28 is for non turbo and it shows the ECU plug known as F-31 which is the 24 pin plug.

It looks like the correct connector on page 50-23 in the top left. I'll check page 50-28 as well.

The connector on 50-29 is the one that matches the wiring on the vehicle. I'm going junkyarding tomorrow to see if I can find the last few wires to have all the colors match on the harness. Thanks for the help!
