wheels

17x8 -bolt pattern 5x114.3- backspacing 6 inches

will it work on my 88 TII??????????????????????????

oh and it came off a 92 maxima

offset is +38mm

Stock offset is 40,

38 may fit with a 8" but it would be very tight and depend on tire size

You have a little trouble doing math?

16" x 7" +40mm turns out to be slighty little over 5" of backspacing.
No, those rims would hit the insides of the suspension.
