The wheels are Volk Gram Lites 17x9.5 and 17.7.5. I purchased mine through Automotive R&D PM me and I can get you their phone number. I have done all the work on my car thus far. With some help from other forum members J-rat and Moremazda. but no "professional" help to this point. ALthough the molding were really just removed. I didn't fill them in or anything, and I expect that I will put them back on once I"m finihsed with paint work etc.
As for emissions I do have to pass... and I'm not exactly sure what that will entail. The laws here aren't *too* bad. Pass the numbers with a converter and air pump. I used a Vette electric air pump last year on the factory exhaust and got through... although my turbo didn't sit exactly where I wanted it so I can't get the ACV on... which they required last year. I *may* end up running an NA setup for emissions... which should really be that big of deal.
I had wondered about the dump pipes also... I don't think they'll notice since the visual is pretty easy... but I'll just have to try it and see. We aren't like Ca where if you fail once you make "THE LIST" ahhhhhh!
Anway, I'll be trying emission next weekend probalby so I'll keep you posted.

The two wastegates are, IMO, the best way to design a manifold. It ensures a completely separate flow path for each runner. With a single WG in a tunned length manifold you must ensure that the WG runner length is equal to the length of the main manifold runners. If they are not, you will get contamination between the two rotor pulses which will hurt overall performance and spool.
Additionally these two flow more than a single TiAl 46mm gate which plays partially into my turbine housing selection.
As for turbo selection, most will say a 60-1 is sufficient and in many/most cases it may very well be. I search for for what is, IMO, the best setup... but until I am boosting fully I can't say how well my plans worked out... but thing are looking VERY promising.
The middle consol was made by Ralf Wilms' wife:

The pricing was very reasonable and the quality is top notch.

I have video of the car when it was first started up after an 8mo hiatus. But I don't know where to host 'em. I'll have to check on file size as well. Also some video of the engine bay when it was finished.
I have the files on Kazaa, but when I searched from my PC for the files I couldn't find them so I don't know if anyone else will be able too. And of course my home PC is off right now.
Anyone know where to host vids cheaply?

I don't remember exactly, but it was round $35 (might have been $30 might have been $40).

Dammit! You know how annoying it is to see that sort of thing when you're planning to do stuff to your own car? It's like coming out of the desert to find an expensive french restaurant
Ok, I have a website where I can put them so you can download them but I don't have the bandwidth to allow everyone to stream off of it. A friend tried that with some very shot mustang clips (under 5 megs) a few years back and had such a huge volume that he surpassed my 2 gig monthly bandwith in a week and I got a big fat bill for 4 gigs in over usage.
I'm usually home after 8pm Pacific time, so that'd be when I could start uploading them, I think the largest individual file size is 50megs. This is mostly unedited footage as I don't have anything to crop or play with it. I have it on Kazaa but when you search for theunique file name you can't find it. Trying different things but if you can help, let myself or CARX7 know.
Thanks

Ok I got somebody who can host it for a few days, i'll even chop it down and edit it if you like, trim it down a bit. He can host it for 2 to 3 days so hopefully it'll be slimmed down and people will mirror it...
