Name This Hose(pic)

I looked through my FSM..I cannot find it. Seems it could be the split air pipe? It's hanging open, and this is my first N/A.

Wow 31 views and no one knows? Could it be causing a massive vaccum leak? My car doesn't idle right now, but then again my fuel pump's relay is turning the pump on and off about 3 times a second.

It looks like hose that goes down to the cats... Mine is also open since removing my cats.

cat o2 hose, supply them kitties with some o2 so they don't choke

I have no cats so nowhere to put the tube. I didn't know because my old TII had the Split-Air blocked off. I'll save the reference for when I move to L.A. whenever my damn idle gets fixed..sunuvabitch

no cats? no air pump? If the ACV is blocked off, that whole doesn't go anywhere anyway...
