name that connector!!

just found these two connectors disconnected. ANyone know what they are for??? They are connected at the back of the engine next to the fire wall. THanks.

They look pretty connected to me. Do you mean the wires aren't connected?

no I connected them because they deffinatley go together just didn't know what it was for.

Several choices...Sub zero system, wiper motor, cruise control, ABS...All that stuff is in that area. Please don't make me go get the schematics & track down wire colors- I just got up, lol...But, if you pester me enough, maybe later

probably the cold start. iirc the winshield wiper motor has a black connector. but i think the only plug that is on the part of the engine bay is the cold start. then there's the cruise contol plug, but that's right behing the pass side strut tower. i will have to go look at my car to verify this.

IF the plug going down the back of the throttle body has black/white wire and a light green/black wire....then it goes to the ASV or air supply valve. Meant for power steering on a series four.

no it only has the blue/white and black/white wires on it

Sub zero motor will have black/red wiring
Wiper motor will have blue, blue/yellow, blue/white, and blue/red

anything other than that, I have not a clue

Follow the wires behind the throttle body. Do they terminate at a solenoid on the back of the throttle body?
