Arrow NA porting and Intake manifold setups (pics) non turbo

Hello,

I know theres quite a few posts regarding this. But would like to see what people have done with there non turbos

Everything minus PP porting.

Im curious to see the small, medium , big street porting with or without custom intakes ( ITBs etc ).

Half bridges , Full bridges .

Pictures and full specs of your car would be great.

example:

ECU
porting
irons used ( 4 port or 6 port )
rotors used ( 8.5 - 9.0 - 9.4 - 9.7 ) lightened or not
Idle of car
power at what rpm
torque
fuel and igntion used
exhaust
fuel
oil pressure ( oil pressure regulator)
oil mods
spark plugs, ( gapping if your using non stock style ones )
and anything else done.

And lets try and keep this clean

Thanks

Heres my setup. I didnt take pictures of the Secondary ports, but they're pretty similar to Micah's. Here's pictures of my Primaries, though. I followed the 6PI Large Street Port template from Pineapple Racing. Made a night and day difference in power. Idles around 800 and gets pretty much the same mileage. It makes it hard to keep your foot out of the throttle though

After porting BEFORE cleaning up with sand paper.

you'll be hard pressed to get out of the 180s with stock manifolds (s5). I did 172 on all s4 manifolds and rotors

^^ Definately the truth. The long runners of my S4 NA manifold really become a hinderance past 7k. Not like the stock EMS are helping either.

My next engine setup is being discussed in this thread:

I'm looking to break 200rwhp while keeping it very drivable and fuel economy in the 20s for the highway.
