NA => Turbo modders
Quick question that could easily be answered fairly quickly: I am wondering if it's possible and no adverse affects that would occur by using a oil filter relocation kit, then running the lines from the pedistol to the turbo, then from the turbo to the filter, and then from the filter to the pedistol? Advisable? Would the oil filter break apart with the excess heat? Let's hear those opinions!

Huh?
You mean you want to connect the turbo in series with the oil filter? Won't work.
The turbo needs pressurized oil at its input and either has an internal restrictor or requires and external restrictor. It then drains at zero pressure back into the pan. Very little oil actually flows through the turbo.

Like Aaron says, the turbo only gets a small bypass oil flow.
The bearings & rotors need full filtered flow for lube & cooling.
I suppose you could put a small additional in-line oil filter in the stock turbo supply line.
I suspect what you might gain in slightly cleaner oil to the turbo you could loose in delaying start up oil flow to the turbo while the filter fills up.

My intent wasn't to get prefiltered oil to the turbo as a bonus, but more along the lines of trying to find a way to secure the oil to the turbo without tapping any other sources that I couldn't just screw on an adapter. But if i understand Aarons post correctly the flow returning to the filter would be considerably slower and wouldn't be good for the rest of the engine.
I've looked through Aarons site but I don't recall any other means whereby the return line can be done besides tapping the oil pan. Is there another way? If not, no big deal, but I was just trying to think outside the box some.
