n/a to turbo using kit is it safe?

is it safe to make a N/A into a turbo using a kit. i found a nice kit for my car. but the fact that n/a s have higher compression is this going to kill my motor. or am i still better off just buying a Tll
the kit includes:

Hitachi recent REBUILD turbo (about 2000 miles on it)
turbo exhaust manifold (from stock TII)
Custom exhaust Addapter (that makes N/A posible to be turbo)
Vortec FMU 10:1
all nessesary gas lines
AutoMeter Ultra-Light boost gauge
all nessesary vacum lines
all the exhaust gaskets
Down pipe with O2 sensore molded in (screws right out)
Custom Oil adapter with all nessesary oil lines
Custom Oil return line
All nessesary clamps
Boost pipe with crushed 1g eclipse BOV on it (very loud)
all nuts and bolts that are needed

whats your definition of safe??? that would work but all depends on how your motor is and how you run it(rich, lean)..also i would definately stay 6 lbs or under w/o intercooler and 8 or under with intercooler.. make sure you have the right amount of fuel and you should be ok.

You're going to need more fuel, and I don't know if just larger secondary injectors will be enough; relative to my setup, because my boost is linear relative to rpm so I get more fuel at high end; you can get boost at any rpm. The 550cc/min from a TII are a direct swap for the factory 460cc/min in you NA.
