It could also used for "Not Applicable" depending on the context. On a car forum though it almost always stands for "Naturally Aspirated" as mentioned above.

this really caught my eye! haha... well, i suppose you shouldnt worry about it. i myself didnt know what the hell NA was... but watching initial d educated me on some car facts. well, in many fields.. acronyms all have different meanings.

welcome and good luck searching for more info... sometimes, just google things:

eg:
rx7club NA
rx7club 2nd gen FAQ
rx7club FTP (flash to pass)
etc

I could mean North America if you are talking about the mazda corporation "Mazda NA"

Don't worry about the others though, I've been doing the internet car stuff for over 10 years now and still can't figure out what the hell FTW means.

FTW= "For the Win!"
Some obscure British football term.

@OP:
Technically, "NA" would stand for "naturally aspirated".
However, in practice, "not applicable" would be just as good...as in:

Gas mileage?..."NA".
Electrical subsystem reliability?..."NA".

You could go on forever....
