cool thanks

so should i see power gains when i redo my exhaust from 3 1/8 the whole way to im thinking 2 1/4 or 2 1/2 im trying to become quiet not totally fast more stock feel and sound from single pipe i have a greddy trust muffler to put on it instead of my jasma muffler that is 3 1/8 in and 6" out and really loud

so even with 2 1/2 and the greddy muffler should i be alot quieter?

is it dual or single? do you still have your cat? you should notice some torque gains, that 3 1/8 is way too big

i will be going from single to single i do have a cat but i have not looked to see if it was hollowed out or not but i see one there i will prolly reuse my cat and just use reducers on both sides so it fits and has more flow than a stock cat

the main reason i want to do this so my 5th and 6th ports will start working

i have nice power up to about 3800 where it hesitates for a little bit and then the power jus flatens out i dont feel like i am getting much power up top thru 1st and 2nd i feel i have more power from idle to 3800 than i do above that

i hate that my ford escort wagon has more power than my fc
p.s. it has a motor swap and makes 130fwhp and car wieghs less than fc this has really made me dissapointed in the fc thats why its just going to have to get the t2 swap lol

Ive felt like I had almost the same exact problems with the power on my FC untill I put on my Bonez straight pipe (2.5in pipe w/pre-scilencer replaces all 3 cats) and my Greddy Dual Exhaust. Now I have more power up to about 3500 or so and alot more power after about 3500.
