All plugs are good. Turning the key literally does absolutely nothing.

Are you sure the battery has a charge. Does the Black wire have voltage to it still. Are you sure an S4 switch works in an S5. If the Black wire still has voltage it might be very low. If the voltage on the Black wire were 12 volts and the B/W wire doesn't get voltage w/key to on then the connection to the switch or the switch is the problem.

The inability for you to read for proper voltage w/the LED light is a hinderance to solving your problem. A multimeter would be much help.

You know it's a given that the Black wire has to have battery voltage on it at all times. If it does then you know which wires are supposed to have voltage when the key is turned to Acc, On and Start. If it doesn't then you know the cause.

what do the green and red wires that go into the backside of the key barrel do? they connect to a clip that also bring red and black wires back to the ignition switch itself.

i just made sure the black wire has voltage again, it does. i hooked up a battery charger and it reads 100% charge. I just check both b/w wires for voltage w/ the key on and i get nothing?

If you're talking about the plug w/4 wires then that is for the detection of the key in the ignition when the door is open which sounds a beep as a reminder.

Also, have you removed the plug w/the Black wire to inspect the wiring position in the plug?

So basically you could go without those wires connected? positioning in the plug is good. nothing abnormal.

I looked over all plugs thoroughly today. The inside of every one still looks brand new. i have no clue where to go from here. look up wiring schematics? and just follow every wire as best i can?

If the ignition switch doesn't want to pass voltage properly then wiring diagrams are not going to offer any help.
