my studdering 7

anyone know the cause of a severe studder when hitting 4000 rmp...like backfiring (when flames shoot out back)??? I just picked it up from the tuner and at approx 4000rpms it does that then if i let up a little on gas and then press again it will make it up to about 5000rpms before it does it again??? my guesses are timing...not tuned properly...any others??? the tuner said not to boost to much because i need to break in the engine (w/ haltech e6x)...new rotor housing and rotor...its a 13b-re and it has 2 13b rotor housings...it seams that I cant even step on the gas to pick up and merge quickly...if I pres on the gas slow it will drive fine I guess because I'm not using the turbos??any ifno??? will I ever get it so I can just drive the f'n thing like everyone else??? i'm getting to the point where i'm just 1 match away from putting it out of its misery!!!

If it wasn't doing this before you took it to the tune shop, I would take it back to the tune shop.

yeah i spoke with them today and i'm going to bring it back...they say it may be a fuel issue...we'll see i think it may be timing or fuel due to the tuning.
