My S4 turbo has shaft play: rebuilt kit?

My S4 turbo has a tad bit of vertical shaft play. Is there a rebuild kit to solve the issue?

What kind of turbo do I have (oem)?

Or should I contact bnr as they upgrade the oem units? I'm not really ready pocket wise for a turbo upgrade/replacement.

Thanks guys.

I talked to the guys at gpopshop.com about a rebuild kit when I still had the stock turbo, it uses a T3 kit. The OEM turbo is a Hitachi HT-18.

shaft play is normal. as long as the wheel doesnt contact with the housing its probably ok. standard T3 rebuild kits will work, and if youre rebuilding a stock turbo, get the one with the 1-piece carbon seal. bnr hybrids use 3 piece dynamic seal
