Talking My new shift ****/shifter boot/ebrake boot

Can I send pics to someone to host for me? The site keeps telling me they are too big, even though I shrank them down.

I got the shift boot/e-brake boot from that guy on ebay... They are awesome, perfect fit... I highly recommend them if you don't like the stock boot.

It's a little bit heavier than the stock ****... It feels very cool to drive, although I did shift 1st, 2nd, 5th by mistake twice today... I can't believe how much shorter it makes the throws, but without making it any more difficult...
If anybody wants one, they are under $40 from your local GM dealer...

Are you still using the stock shift lever? Does it screw right on or did you have to do anything to get it on?

It's the stock shift lever, it screws right on, but like my last girlfriend, it goes WAAAAAAAAAY down on the shaft. *ahem*

Nice. I need to get those boots too.

$100T2 - you bought those from the ebay guy? Did he ask what color stiching you wanted?

Yeah, you go to his website and give him the color code... I asked for black leather with a light gray, as my car is black with gray interior... It looks sweet. If you want, I can email you a jpeg with much better color detail. I won them for 40 bucks or something... helluva deal. The one thing I don't like about them is that you are supposed to tuck the ebrake boot into the carpet, and it looks like ****... I just folded the extra leather up inside the boot and left it resting on the transmission tunnel... It looks much better that way.
