Question about Cat Backs
i wanted to know do Cats come with mufflers when u buy them? maybe a stupid question.....and how much do they go for ?? (i know the fine for not having one in florida is 2,500 and im not about to pay that)

catbacks sometimes have resinator boxes and they have mufflers.
No, the cat is different..changing catbacks does not effect emissions and does not remove the cat.

Take a look under a car. You should see a pipe comming from the engine bay and in the middle of the car it goes to something wider. That's the cat. Sometimes there will be 1 or two cats infront of the main cat. In FCs, after the cat there is a Y pipe which goes to the muffler. A cat usually goes for ~$200-250.
