Will you fit is one thing, will you fit comfortably is another. I don't know, I'm only 5'9" and 150, and I'm not exactly swimming in the car, you've never even sat in one?

Yikes! Could be a tough fit in the seats man if you get much bigger. Headroom is gonna be getting close also. Depends on where you're long at body wise, legs or torso.

I'm 6'2" and 220+ and I have no major problems, and I have a racing bucket that is much narrower than stock. They have every bit as much leg room as any other car (except volkswagons) and more than many. My dad is 6'7" and can drive it except for slight head room problems, but nothing major. My brother is 6'5" and has no problems. So you should fit, but the best way is to sit in one to make sure.

I decided to go sit in mine (so sad, it hasn't been running in months). Leg room should be no problem, the head room is what might get you. But like others said, you will likely fit, it's just a matter of what you are comfortable with.

Thanks, I had forgotten how much I love that thing...I gotta get it running.

Gettin in, fitting, shouldn't be a prob. Getting out could be a little rough, maybe.

just make sure you dont spike your hair haha...Im only 6 2 and my short spikes touch the headliner in my stock seats, then again i like to slide back alittle and kinda "lay down" with my head near the back of the door and my arm resting on the center console on the shifter

I'm 6' 225, fit fine, friend of mine same stats so to speak has longer legs and didn't fit well. At least leg wise he didn't. Said he had more room in his 3rd gen for his legs.

Lets all be serious, we really can't give you a straight answer because there are many factors, so you really would have to just sit in one to find out. And make sure you sit in a TII becuase they have tighter seats. I'm 6'1", 205 and I fit JUST comfortably in my '90 TII. my seat is not all the way back so you'll have plently of leg room and pending on if you like to sit up right or lean back is what will decide on your head room but that should be fine as well since i have alot of hair. The only thing that can hold you back is the 260, because wether its a muscular build or not you will feel tight in those seats. And really if you do feel uncomfortable it can't take much more than to drop a few to feel comfortable... and i highly recommend cause you'll love a TII.

I don't slide the seat back, like the knees in the dash, right there with everything, full controll except over the addrenaline in the middle of a race. That's fine by me though. Live for the addrenaline of a race.

I'm 6'1" 200lbs and can fit in my car pretty comfortably. Most of the time my helmet will rub the roof in racing situations and I think if I put a roll cage in I would have some problems. I make height room having my seat on the 2 notches from back position and leaned back over the storage bins. After riding in it for years it is the seat I'm very much accustomed to and I don't like the lack of leaning back / seat hug that others cars give.

I agree with the weight advice, decrease down to like 210 for 6'2", your BMI will be better, your heart more able. Your car will be able to corner/handle/accelerate slightly better. My poundage affecting cornerning and accleration is even more apparent in waterskiing.

he's been brutally honest, but honest nontheless.

on topic though, im 6'5" and about 180lbs and I fit with minimal headroom and the seat against the rear bins reclined.

Damn, you're that size and you're 15? Oh man.

Go to a junkyard and sit in an fc, that will give you an idea.

I'm 6'4 200, and it's uncomfortable when you have to put a helmet on at the track. But normal driving, is fine.

The guy I bought mine from was 6'4" and 200+ and had no problems.

I'm 6'0" around 190 and I have plenty of room.

FC's are a bit roomier inside than FD's.

Looks like a replay of this thread.

Seriously, there is a set of spacers under the seat track of the FC.. You can remove those and get a little more space, maybe half inch or so, but it can make a big difference.

Thank you guys, it sounds as though i will fit fairly well any way but the one problem might be my large butt. Each of my legs is about 33 inches around the thigh, and I sqaut about 455, so will I have to get an aftermarket seat that accounts for my wide butt? I really like how the turbo II looks and I have a fetish for rotary engines too so that is the main motivation for all the questions. But once again thank you.
