Drilled a new hole on the actator rod as far from the original hole as I could but still on the flat part of the arm. No more lag but havent had a chance to test out if it still creeps in the high end. I'll report back tonight. Only downside to drilling a hole closer to the actuator is that the length of travel of the arm is shortened and compromised somewhat.

Uh... auto turbo? or turbo auto in Nashville?

Woops, just realized kevin already chimed in on this. My turbo looked just liked that, done by Jeff at turbo auto and it leaked oil, all 3 times I sent it back to him he couldn't understand what was wrong with the turbo. It wasn't coming from the lines it was coming from the hotside. All in all, I think me and kevin saw about 10 turbos go to him and non of them worked.

Yeah, that's what I was talking about. For me, my wastegate would hit the plate before it was fully extended, so doing this had no negative effect for me.

Yea I was worried about what RR told me about it but I separated the hotside to port the WG and there was no oil leaking. It was leaking at the gasket/flange as I stated above. I'm having no issues with it so far so I cant complain. Sorry about everyone else's bad experiences though.

Hopefully for my sake and the sake of all other future customers he has. I'll definately be keeping an eye on it though.

On a sidenote I'm scheduled for some street tuning this weekend for my Power FC WOOT WOOT!! Doesnt look like I'll hit the dyno this month though like I planned.
