s4 0-60: 7.6s
s2000 0-60: 5.6s (or thereabouts, I'm not gonna look it up for a quick post)

You're gonna need at least 50 more horsepower in the s4 and/or some weight reduction, but I'm sure it could be done. Oh, and my buddy owns an s2000 and my stock s4 isn't nearly as fast. For 50 more N/A horsepower you'll need a full exhaust, other bolt-ons, etc. and a street port. If you still need more power to do it then it's time for some fuel management and/or higher redline rotors. Or a turbo, of course.

lol.. watch what i say about people? what was i saying? i simply said a s4 NA is not even KIND of as fast as a S2000 and yes.. your friend with the 91 TT turbo z SHOULD be slapped for not driving his car right and letting you win. I dont need to buy a S2000.. i have a turbo II .. now those are different stories.. you can "rape" an S2000 with a TII and some mild mods. but not an NA.. sorry. If your NA s4 is beating these twin turbo cars like you say, then post a vid. until then. im sure everyone here will know your full of ****.

So far, all you've got is claims of, "Its fast", but no actual proof.
I have been building these engines for over 8 years now. Street-ported N/A engines are NOT fast, no matter how much you mod them. If you truly think so, I feel sorry for you. We're yet to see one putting down 200 to the tires, though I can't even count how many people have claimed to. The majoirty of the dyno's we see are making 150-160 RWHP.
Given equal driving, this kind of power will NOT beat a S2000 or a TT 300ZX. Anyone with any experience knows this, and that's why you're being called on bullshit.

Get a dyno, get a timeslip w/video, then come back and make your ridiculous claims. Until then, we all still think you're full of it.

And just try to call me a newb.

A small shot of nitrous would be extremely reliable, pose no risk or wear to the engine, and should give you the power you need to keep up to him. PM me if you would like more info.

no way around it bro. You may have done all the swaps you want, you can even have a 4 rotor viper with 1800RWHP but in the end there is no way an NA will keep up, let alone beat, a 300ZX TT. <<<<that's a PERIOD.

seriously. We might be noobs but we're not retarded. we know an NA can push 200hp MAX before you start having to deal with FI or crazy porting. at around 250 hp the NA tranny starts to wear fast and anything above that and you'll need to go with the turbo-drivetrain. but then again you'll never reach 250+ HP in an NA.

haha ya soo true . i too have a 300zx turbo but its a z31 , no way an n/a will lay the smack down on a tt 300zx . a 300zx tt is up there with the rx7 fd3s and tt supras .

Correct me with data if Im wrong, but a stock Z31 TT is only a low 14 second high 13 second car. It is a ******* pig. Now will it beat a stock NA, or even moderately modded one, hell yes. Will it be this unbeatable god you seem to be implying it is, no. There are cases were a 300 TT will fall to an NA RX7, but its going to take a lot of porting an dhis *** had better be stock.

I believe you. You should, without porting, be able to get around 170hp out of a n/a. I Find ity really funny how everyone think of N/As as these really slow cars. They obveously do not know how ot modify right or tune right to sqeeze out those extra ponies.

Now I don't think you could take on ANY Twin Turbo z. I suppose if it was in stock form and your car modified, maybe. I would still have to see it with my own eye but im not saying it can't be done.

OK...here we go.

A stock 300ZX TT weighs 3300 lb's and makes 300 hp at the fly. That is 11 lb's per horsepower.

A 2700 lb RX-7 would require nearly 250 horsepower at the fly to get to 11lb's...actually 245 hp. With drivetrain losses, the 7 would need to get roughly 220 hp at the wheels to have the same power-to-weight as the Z.....so ppl have every right to call BS.
