There's probably about 4,000 different reasons why a car wouldn't start. Unless you provide us with more information, there's nothing we can do for you.

ok lets see. It turns over fine. And i got started once. There is some major afterburn popping. I am pretty sure that is corespondent with faulty timing correct. It was fine yesterday. Idk what happened. I DID change the throttle screw a little a day or two ago. But it ran fine. When i got it started that one time it would almost die if u let it fall to 2,000 rpm and u have to floor it to keep it from dying. Also it feels real stutterish when cold.

I'd do a compression check to get the most obvious out of the way. Don't play with the timing, if the thing was fine before this and you didn't change it, there's no way the CAS can just fly out of position on it's own. After that I would look for obvious signs of a vacuum leak/hose cracked/missing/etc.

I was trying to fix my shitty idle. The front screw was the one. Turned it two turns to the right. Tightening it. Then that didnt work so i turned it back two turns...
